LOL Pop, Smokey and Bearkat, You 3 are crazy. I hope your not out jogging today. Everything around here is dangerous, especially falling on your butt. This may be a hospital situation then death.
 
Pop your so right. Exercise and Taxes. Thanks for reminding me. Our taxes are in. Today I will exercise in my chair and call the Tax Dept and bite the bullet.
 
Like my grandpa said (first theirs life taxes and death). I didn't want to talk about this but this dang (meaning the other word I can't say) is driving me nuts. It's money for this and money for that. We haven't had enough to take a good vacation in about 10 years. WHEN WILL IT EVER STOP, Pop? lol

The problem is it don't stop....even when your dead ...they hound your family and what little you had in your estate....

Resistance weight training has been clinically proven to strengthen bones, and increase lean muscle mass. No need to run. Just pick up progressively heavier stuff and put it down. Over and again. Twice a week.

Take my advice and thank me, or ignore it and admit you were wrong. Your choice.
 
So if I go from a regular hamburger to a 1/4 pounder...and then to a half pound burger I will gain strength and lean muscle mass?....
