Dragons, Archers, and Castles oh my!

We have officially made it to week 1!

What a busy week it has been for myself out in Iredell! Coach G-Money and myself have really put together a good game-plan against the Newishcastles!

Newishcastles has yet again come into the season way above where they should actually be ranked! There are currently several teams that I would have miles above them such as, Abbott, Rankin, and Campbell! For some insane reason, Newishcastles has decided they should take on Coach Santaman and the Jayton Jaybirds, I'm currently wondering if maybe Coach Archer has officially lost it! He must be thinking that the speed of Iredell will be a good test before he runs into the Jayton buzzsaw!

Iredell has unfortunately had issues with fizzling out a little bit when the postseason has rolled around, so I think Coach G-Money had to call in the big guns(me) to really help solidify this team for the upcoming season! I can see why he would be a bit worried when you have high class programs like Three Ways and Bluff Dale gaining on you quickly! Good luck this year Mini-Rig, but the only Three Way I've ever been scared of was me, my ex-wife, and her lawyer!

Speaking of Archers, what a fantasy matchup this game really is with Archers, Castles, Dragons, and football! I feel bad for Coach Archer, but maybe if he would've called me to live in the school housing this Summer, I would've helped him instead!

Final prediction: Iredell Dragons 72 - Newishcastles 14

I've been looking around at all the different scrimmages we've seen so far this year, and I haven't been overly impressed by anyone! Gordon went over to play fake football with the Itasca Wampus Cats??? Big Mike when are we adding the "Wampus Cats" to the website here? Fake football against a fake mascot! Where are your standards Little Mike?? Groom apparently hosted a scrimmage with 69 different teams in it? What kind of 300 acre football field do you guys have over there in Groom?

Let's get down to who I know is winning this week!

Whiteface and Coach Jones69 dominate Coach Steel and TigerGuy by 30 points!

Coach Bagdon tries to high five all of the referees, but they aren't falling for his tricks! The Oakwood Panthers and their future hall of fame sixman coach J Jonah Johnson put it on Union Hills by 24!

Jonasbro takes it to Abilene Christian at halftime with a 45 point mercy rule!

Coach Terry C and his seed Kyle C at Abbott struggle to rebuild and lose in a close one to Ogersby by 8!

Coach Burkhart shows Mike Reid what real football is all about! Richland Springs upsets the big time 11 man Gordan squad by 2!

Last but not least, Coach Matlock lifts up the entire town of Nazareth and throws them in the garbage! Wespbrook by 45!

Love you guys! Let's start a great season!
 
Heard on a podcast that Iredell might have lost most of their players so you might be wrong on that one if you were even a little serious. Hard to tell sometimes.
 
While I can neither confirm nor deny any players leaving, I do want to point out that with my game-planning ability, teams instantly gain an edge!

Newcastle really won’t be able to move the ball against the Dragons 1st teamers! Their offense has not been what it is all cracked out to be! Trust me! I have more six man knowledge than pretty much everyone, and I have not been impressed with their film!

Unless Coach G-Money plans on taking it easy on Coach Archer and putting the towel boys in the game, this could get ugly pretty fast!
 
Yeah yeah your expertise is legendary. So is your ability to help teams. So you should go help some teams that could really use the kind of help you have to offer like Gordon and Jayton. You could be just what's needed at those teams to really give us sixman fans something to talk about. If you could help them both this week that'd be great!
 
After reading some of the interesting comments, it occurred to me that Wesp should help out Jerry Jones and company with all this enlightened knowledge?? Besides, if wesper doesn't make a positive impact, no one would know the difference anyhow. Lol

First of all, Jayton and Coach Santaman do not need any help! They are by far the best team in Texas!

Second, I would never help Gordan and that recruiting Mike Reid and his big time 11 man squad!

Lastly, Jerry Jones was responsible for the Super Bowls that Jimmy claims he brought to Dallas! But that’s also fake 11 man crowded field football, so who really cares?!
 
Iredell won’t be a threat to anyone. High hopes for this season fizzled when one of their lightening fast backs decided not to play football his senior year due to not wanting to risk injury and harm his college scholarships in track.
The other back transferred to Hico, and two others starters transfered to Stephenville or Clifton.
It’ll be an early game unless Newcastle puts in some cheerleaders.

So how did that game come out oh wait Newcastle whoop those dragons. Look like the dragons couldn’t stop Achers offense
 
I will agree. A terrible (no motivation, not a lot of athleticism) dragon team got whooped but a better but not very impressive bobcat team. The bobcats found out like everyone else the dragons will face this year is the only threat the dragons have is their jr running back. Ok speed, ok juking ability, and likely not fully recovered mentally or physically from getting his leg broke against Gordon last year.
The game had a jr high game feel to it. Just seems as though everyone is way down this year except 2 or 3 teams in d2.
Iredell will be good enough to likely win district and then exited quickly. Newcastle will be dismissed and play basketball a game or two later.

Motley Co looks the same as last year Two great RB and some great TEs. The defense will get better during the season goes on. I say Motley Co will meet Klondike again and beat them to make semifinals and get beat by jayton
