Biggest jump in the rankings?

This past week with Gordon's 5th win on the season they moved from 36 to 21 for a jump of 15 places. What is the biggest move upwards that we have ever seen in the rankings?

Ducking head here, what is the biggest move downwards we have seen?

I am not asking over a period of several games but in a single week based on a single win or loss. I know more comes into play than just that one win or loss, your previous win/loss with opposition and how they do that week effects it to.

In 2003 there were 52 teams in Div I. Aquilla was ranked #14 and fell 82 spots in one week. They said it could not be done but Cowboy said, "WATCH US".
