Highest ranking jump ever

Just curious as I was looking at the Marfa jump in the rankings and as significant as the jump is Im sure there has to have been an even higher jump in the past. Im sure Granger knows the answer to this question but does anyone know of another big jump such as this or one even higher?

I actually don't know, but I seem to recall a 102 point jump one week.
