2024 Playoff Brackets

9-2 (NB Thunder-18 athletes) faces off against a 9-0 (Annapolis-15 athletes) Division 1...seems like a great opportunity for two programs with similar records with similar numbers of athletes
6-4 (Sunnybrook-11 athletes) team faces off against a 5-1 (Grayson-9 athletes) for Division 2. Seems like it shook out the correct way.

There is enough negative in the world and I don't believe your comments are Christ like in attacking anyone you can point a finger at. Majority vote means everyone agreed on the format and two divisions were due to another school dropping out so stop crying and delete your account if you have nothing nice to say.

Stay in TCAL long enough and you’ll find out. ACA boys deserve to play the best team in playoff or state. You were on the meeting I suppose, so that means, You know it was only done to keep a promise of having playoff games for new TCAL teams coming in and in doing so allowing SB San Antonio to still have a chance at state without playing Corpus. If you have a great team and a similar situation in the future you will find your team in the same situation. Also like I’ve said before in what world or league do the coaches decide by voting who gets into the playoffs. Also the numbers (numbers f school attendance and team size) don’t jibe with the rules of TCAL but you know that. What is not Christ like is knowing what the correct thing to do is and not doing it because you don’t want your season to be over.
Just remember how you voted when this happens to your team and believe me I hope it doesn’t happen to your team because it doesn’t feel good. Remember our boys want to play the best in the league they played in all season. Your team however good they are, are not the second place team. The second place team didn’t get knocked out they are just playing an alternate state game.

Excuse my ignorance, but I'm a bit confused by all of this. What team are you with, and who did you want to play?

Sounds like he wants to play Sunnybrook again so they can have a for sure win since they already stomped them this year. Seems stupid to want to play a team that you already 45ed for a state title when you could play someone different.

This is pure speculation on your part. It's already been mentioned that this was put to a vote so there were clearly more people who thought it was the best decision to split the teams into different divisions. If you don't agree with that, go talk to the TCAL board, or whoever is in charge and maybe they'll take that into consideration next year. Arguing about it here, although entertaining to some, I'm sure, isn't going to get anything done.
