If Van Horn beat(s) Fort Davis, then Van Horn. Otherwise, there will be a three-way tie for 2nd (Van Horn, Marfa and Fort Davis) and I'm not sure how the tie-breaker will work.

I was just looking at the teams who made it last year and in D1 there’s only 3 new teams from the west and 4 from the east out of the 32 who made the playoffs this year.
