I agree, kbjoe1. All of the top 5 teams & No. 9 for good measure. The only teams not ranked in the top 10 are Hermleigh and Sterling City. Kind of like a meat grinder.

It's been that way for the last 4 years.

The UIL should've moved some of the dominant teams to the east so the state championship isn't in round one or two!

I bet if the UIL crack monkey had totally had his way, a couple of the western teams could have been in a district with High Island or Apple Springs.........

That's why playoffs should be seeded so that the best teams don't meet each other until later rounds.
