Athletes are athletes. Period. Take a great athlete from a six man school who has a solid work ethic, drop him off in Aledo, Temple, etc and he will play if he is a ball player. The thing that separates athletes and football players is being able to transfer that athleticism while wearing pads, taking hits, and being mentally tough. Their are tons of great athletes, but not that same number of football players.

It only takes six good kids. It would help to have nine or ten good kids. You guys at RS, just keep trolling for those athletic foster kids, ya'll are doing just fine by most standards.

I went ahead and did a little checking, and from a pretty good authority, RS this year has exacty 0 foster kids, kindergarten through 12th grade.

Some folks like to think they have lots of foster children attending school there. Apparently not.
But I'm sure they will welcome any child you send their way.
