A friend in Georgetown has told me that he has had rain the almost every day for the last 2+ months. Who's about to float away down there, and is the grass getting tall in the pastures?

Western Comanche County: I,m cutting a hybrid sorghum grass that is in the neighborhood of 12 feet tall in places. I have not pulled out a ladder and measuring tape but it is a good foot taller than the cab of my 4240. We have had much less rain than the eastern part of the county which seems to get 4 to 5 inches about every week. My stock tanks are full but have only ran around once about a month ago.
