I will surely be at the voting polls in November. Not sure how I'm going to vote because I'm disgusted with all of the parties.

I guess I may be a tad cynical as well...... I feel it doesnt matter who you vote for or against; the power of politics will eventually corrupt the best of us....
Term limits across the spectrum might help. And abolishing the lobbies would help as well.......

Yea that's crazier than ever. Of course again I haven't checked to see if the bill was in effect yet but did hear he was going to have the military against us, our own people. This is crazy as a bedbug. The Police do just fine in some cases. We don't need the MP's pointing guns at us.

To change this ugly conversation with the little o I bought a nuwave and love it. I have to say the food is coming out great although I have a very strong feeling that it will be packed up to use at the hunting lease when it comes time. Got some pretty skillets with it also. They will go to lease over my dead body.

I'm sure no one knows which way to vote. They both stink. I'm thinking independent but as we know they are never voted into office. We are sunk....

Beakat what do you think about voting Independent? I want to make sure I'm doing the right thing and starting now is better than wondering in October. You have taught me so much and I appreciate any comment you can share here.

Up here, we are still those redneck hillbillies who live south of I-80 with bad ideas like making abortion clinics meet minimal medical standards and the doctors who run them have admitting privileges to local hospitals, or making the state and local governments live within their means. You know, the kind of stuff that will set civilization back 100 years. My wife Judy, and several other like minded folks have been organizing on the precinct level within the Republican Party and now she controls Precinct 1 and has run for and won an elected position as Channahon Township Clerk (we're really rich, she gets a whopping $4500 a year for this position). Being the R party precinct chairman, she now gets to sit and vote on Will County meetings. A couple of like minded friends have done the same in two other Will County precincts, so now tea party folks have at least 3 of the 12 votes on the county committee, and are plotting to get more.
It's going to take time, and you HAVE to be persistent and NOT QUIT. I estimate this method will take at least 10 to 15 years to bear real fruit. Down there the process has already gotten started, so find a group of folks you can relate to and join their efforts. You've got to stick with it and ALWAYS show up.

Thank you Bearkat. I was leaning towards Republican because that's the way I've always voted. Then I got to wondering about the Independents and they never are even shown as front runners. I want my vote to count although at this time I'm still not happy with the Repubs for caving into little o too much. Again thanks I take your information with appreciation and knowledge.

Yep that's exactly what happened. I thought it would take a little bit of time (Don't Know Why) for the Military to step in. They're loaded and ready to go now.

Read tonight that one of the friends of Michael Brown's told the full story. Leaders met today to discuss ways to make everyone come together. Glad this rioting is over, I hope
