nah no sour grapes. I have said congrats to the kids that night and on here. great ball team and wish them nothing but the best. I simply stated a point to Pastor Miles. and no the only person carrying this on is you. I moved on and to the topic at hand was the fact that the Live Oak, Azle was not going to happen.

I'm just jumping in, but why is it looking like the game won't happen? It sounded like it was going to be a great game.

Oh it would be a great game. I have seen both play this year and it would be an awesome game. But word I heard was one of the coach's wouldnt agree to play and I am not sure if it has anything to do with playoff's or not. They would play week 9 and I think it could be an extremely physical game and the thought of an injury spoiling your season and playoff's on a game that doesnt even matter. Smart decision I say.

Keep your fingers crossed. maybe it will happen at some point. It would not be my choice for them to play before both of their playoff seasons are over. too many opportunities to get players on either team banged up before the playoffs start. This game would mean nothing in both teams quest for a state championship. It would be great to see after state is over.

Ok now I am confused is it week 9 which I think is oct 29 or week 8 which is oct 22. The only reason I ask is there is a different game on live oaks schedule on the 22. Either way I will be there.

Waco liveoak plays Bryan Christian homeschool on oct 22. I believe the azle game is being played on 29th
