VidSwap Issues?

Is anyone else having issues with VidSwap since they moved 6 man over into our own separate location? The last two weeks stats have been horrible. No individual stats. I spoke to tech support multiple times and they keep telling me it's an issue that they are working on. I finally had a zoom call with one of the higher ups and she was completely unaware of the problem.

Personally, I liked having the open exchange from last year, does anyone know why we did away with that?

I still use the outdoor football part of it and haven't had any problems.

Are they giving you credits or are you uploading to 2021 exchange?

Using that pixolot camera system (NFHS), they break it down for me. I just download the film and send it in a zip folder to coaches.
