I care.... behind my non-existent Oilers, the 49ers were my second favorite team. My dad moved to SF back in the mid-70s for a few years and is a huge Cowboys fan. As a teenager, what team could get my old man more irritated than any? -- the 49ers.... thus I loved them....

49ers all the way, although my kids have been rooting some for the Ravens, since they play as Justin Tucker on Flick Football

So, your one of "those" people who think the "catch" was a great play.
Actually I've always liked the niners more than a lot of other teams.
Kind of like the Tennessee Oilers bring back memories of the Snake and the Tyler Rose rumblin in the Astrodome, Baltimore still makes me think of Colts and the original Johnny Football.
Oh well, I'll bet good money Coach Harbaugh wins this one.

Remember this?
"Listen to the blockin', the ramblin' and the roar,
As he glides along the sidelines, by the hash marks for the score,
From the fancy passin' Dago, to the Tyler bowling ball,
Those Patriots can be taken, by the Oiler Cannonball."
Pastorini was a warrior.
Well the Oilers took 'em even if the Texans couldn't.

Thinking this was in the 80's when Dallas and SF were playing
a playoff game in Candlestick,,,Craig Morton QB the Cowboys for 3 quarters and was not getting the job done,,Landry put Roger in for the 4th
quarter,,Cowboys scored two td's in the final minutes to win...Biggest thing
i remember was the onside kick by Toni Fritch and Larry Cole rolling
over and over like a dog after the Cowboys went ahead.

Cowboys had two good receivers Mike Parks ,thanks Houston and
Ron Sellers,,,,Does anyone here remember that game?
I cant find nothing on youtube..Anyone Remember this?

Absulutely, Roger became my hero. In the 70's they became known as....this may be wrong...the cardiac kids for all of their come from behind wins.

The game you are referring to had to be in the early to mid 70's. Craig Morton left Dallas for Denver at some point, and was the Bronco QB in the 1976 Super Bowl.

If memory serves me correctly.

And Toni Fritsch became an Oiler in '77.
Date of this game was 12-23-'72

In checking this out I found that earlier on that same day was when the Pittsburgh Steelers
defeated the Oakland Raiders on Franco Harris' "Immaculate Reception".
And '72 was the year the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders started.
