Football is football. You get to watch all the State Championship games at one site over 4 days. If you guys think 11 man is boring you guys must not watch the scores. Many games now days look like 6 man scores. The hardest part of the 4 day process is your ass gets a little sore by Saturday night.

I took vacation for Wed, Thur, and Fri. It's gonna be a glorious 4 days of football!
Ps. Every high schooler in the state wants to play at the Deathstar....

Only Wednesday is Sixman. Enjoy the 11 man games.

Your a dedicated sixman fan. How many casual ones will do that. How many fans are as dedicated as you?
How many will drive say 100-300 miles for possibly 20 minutes of one sided football?
On a Wednesday?

To use PatriotPaul's logic - what makes football any more special than basketball, which plays games on Thursday?

Lot's of things make football more special than bb for me. A State Champion football coach once told me bb (in comparison to fb) sucks (not coach Lee). I couldn't agree more.
One difference is bb is played throughout the week all season. FB is played on Friday nights, occasionally a Thursday or Saturday. Saturday's a bigger draw, a funner atmosphere. A better opportunity for more people who would like to see a game to do so.
