Staff size for JH-Varsity?

Just my perspective here-

If you're the only coach
and have an average to low W/L record,
(Personally, I don't believe the W/L record
is the best measure of success,
but I'm sure I'm alone in my principles)
it could be better understood as to why.
If there are 4 of you,
and have an average to low W/L record,
it looks like you're making things too complicated,
or you don't know what you're doing.
jus sayin'

Minimum of 1 coach for every 10 players. Therefore - most teams have 2 minimum or 3 maximum per squad (on each V & JV).

PS: It is possible to practice V & JV together for INDIVIDUAL & GROUP work. When you get to "TEAM" - separate.

I wonder how many coaches use their captains
for real work
not just a status symbol?
Can you say
"Servant Leadership"?

Don't most coaches just use their JV
as a Varsity punching bag/prep squad?
I've seen JV boys sitting the whole game
while the V 45's their opponent.
I don't get it.
