The St Jo C-Stand frito pie wasn’t worst I have had this year. Now that’s a left handed compliment .
At least they did have frito pie on the menu. Unfortunately they was selling the plain kind. The best you could hope for was some sliced jalapenos.
The one I got was cold even after getting nuked for thirty seconds or so. PBCS was the tasteless yellow goop that adorns what passes for nachos at these events.
They were serving up a fine sausage on a bun and the coffee was hot.
The booster club ran the stand last night and were clearly not expecting the crowd they had but they managed to cope. Long lines until midway through the first quarter. My initial pie took standing in line for almost fifteen minutes.
But overall not too bad of a c-stand. Just wish they had made some chopped onions available and had used shredded cheese (some with some flavor).
