Son vs Father

Has this ever happened before? There is a high probability that in the second round of the Division 2 playoffs that there will be two games with father coaching for one team and son coaching on the other team. Rigdon vs Rigdon, and Burkhart vs Burkhart.

Fannindel and Three Way game is a toss up. Both team's schedules were against mid to low level competition and no common opponent. My pick is Three Way since they had some playoff experience from last year. Other than that, maybe Fannindel has some studs new to the sport. Richland Springs should win this game handily but next year Zephyr will be really good.

According to the Numbers chart, Zephyr is going up to D1 next year so they will have to be better in order to compete.

Well Richland Springs dodged a tough competitor next year since Zephyr is loaded with a lot of young talented players.
Well Tex, the Bulldogs are pretty well loaded with talented players about every year. But it seems that the last time they were the better team was in 1997.
But we still don’t know for certain what the cutoff number will be. Zephyr and RS may very well wind up in the same D2 district next season.

Seems like you are familiar with Zephyr, but they haven't made much noise if any in the playoffs in recent memory. Their schedule is full of the competitively impaired type of teams similar to the Richland Springs schedule but they played hard in the game I saw earlier this season.
