4 games. 3 decided by 45 point rule!!!! Big problem for six man football.
As Jones asked, what’s the BIG problem?4 games. 3 decided by 45 point rule!!!! Big problem for six man football.
How many were over at halftime?4 games. 3 decided by 45 point rule!!!! Big problem for six man football.
My suggestion is get a bunch of the private schools to switch to 8 man football and we will all sit back and see how it works out. Many but not all of the private schools have more boys to participate than the UIL side of football so let them lead the way for 8 man. Not knocking it, just more practical if the teams aren't having to forfeit games from lack of players to start the season with.Personally, I would like to see one 8-man division and one 6-man division. I don't see 6-man gaining any more popularity than it already has, but there is undoubtedly a great community around it. Love it, or you hate it. Can't knock someone for wanting more competitive games, but even the 11-man divisions get lopsided state championships; rarely do you have the number 1 team and number 2 team in the division meeting in the state championship
Not a bad suggestion imoMy suggestion is get a bunch of the private schools to switch to 8 man football and we will all sit back and see how it works out. I highly doubt Gordon is looking past Rankin. Rankin got here for a reason and have looked great in the playoffs. The spread is 22, which in sixman is a toss up. Lol. It's super hard to get to the championship game and you have to respect that.Everyone is writing off poor ol Rankin, yes on paper Gordon should 45 them at half but stranger things happened when you have the belief you can win. Safe journey to both teams and fans.
Okay lol
