Best game of the week could have been private, Rockwall Heritage 57, Midland Trinity 54.
Then again, Aspermont 62 over Knox City 56 in 2 overtimes was probably even better.
With Strawn taking the lead early in the 3rd this game with Gordon was much better than predicted. (Two rain delay's )
Hermliegh rolls as does Ira, showdown.
Happy also rolls as does RS and Savoy.
Jonesboro would have, but sad to say, their opponent couldn't field a team.
Seems scores are slow coming in this second week of district. Guess it might have something to do with the weather in central Texas tonight.

Wow, an unheard of score in sixman, much less in overtime.
I guess they went in to OT at 6-6?
Much more impressive than that RS 1-0 win last week.

So Paint Rock and Eden scored a TD each in regulation, no xp's . Then one each in OT, PR goes for a run or pass to win. I remember an 11 man game where we won zero to nuthin.

Should have been there. It was wet, muddy,and windy. Both teams played their hearts out. Sounds like a good game to me.

A few other interesting scores.
Guthrie by 20 over Paducah 77-57. 20 points is not a huge victory in sixman. Did Guthrie pull away at the end? 134 points total, sounds exciting.
Rochelle keeps rolling! 64-0 over Medina, obviously by the half.
Austin NYOS 20, Bastrop Tribe 14. Low score but close.
Canton Excel (?) 56, Apple Springs 51.
Finally, Rule 52, Jayton 4. A field Goal in sixman? Or did they get 2 safeties?

The KC/Aspermont game kinda messed up my bracket.... Sounded like a barn burner!!
