San Angelo Times article: Burkhart suing everybody

Correct me if I’m wrong, I think that in this kind of trial that a lot of hearsay can be brought in? If I was called up the hearsay that I have been hearing since 2012, when I started watching and following six-man, would get him banned for life. What I have heard was repeated seven or eight times before I heard it but it was not complimentary for JB. The AG would send a couple of his best lawyers to defend the school district and their employees. My opinion and my comments.
 
JB is a junior Trump. He gets caught and it is everyone else’s fault, everyone is “out to get him” “it is a witch hunt” hidden behind the vail of Christianity

How did you come up with this Trump analogy? Trump only became a target for the left since he decided to run for the Presidency. Before that moment all the liberals loved him and all his money. Then the witch hunt started to destroy Trump with the full court media lies. Since the media is 98% owned and controlled by the left all we hear is manufactured garbage, even on the Ukraine mess. Trump is the threat to the left's agenda. JB is a legend in RS. No comparison.
 
It is comical that RS does not find themselves responsible for any of this. No accountability whatsoever. The article response written by the superintendent shows as much. I would bet the next time they go to Austin the penalty isn't near as light.
 
Did I not say a few posts ago the empire has fallen, this will ruin the schools reputation more than him, which is sad. He isn't letting the dust settle which will uncover more bad news for him
 
I hope he wins in court. Stop being a bunch of sore losers. It’s just so embarrassing to see grown men, school districts who are tired of getting beaten year in and out, kids WANTED and will continue to WANT to go there. It’s pitiful I’ve played against burkhart many times. He’s not playing with 5 star recruits… He’s just a good coach who trains his kids for excellence. This has gone way to far. Sore a** losers.

That’s right Burhart is sore loser. He lost in UIL court and now he’s going to big boy court likes it’s gonna make a difference. Why can’t he just take the L and fade to black. Got caught cheating. For years y’all yelled prove it. Well…they showed proof. Now the proof is not good enough. I hope he picks lawyers like he picks players, because he’s gonna need a good one.
 
I have read the filing made by Burkhart... I have them in my possession. Anyone can access them on Pacer.. if you have an account. The lawsuit is ludicrous. Basically, the man is trying to say that the UIL and the process that they followed are unconstitutional. I do not understand how a person could be accused, go through two hearings, be found guilty and a punishment handed down, and then cry that it is unconstitutional. Cry harder... actions have consequences, and rules are in place for a reason.
