Position: Athletic Director/Head Football Coach
Teaching Field: Open
Assignment: Direct and manage the district's athletic program. Instruct and coach students to develop skills and abilities to excel in athletics. Provide each student with the opportunity to participate in an extracurricular athletic activity and ensure compliance with all federal, state, University Interscholastic League (UIL), and local requirements. Instruct students and assistant coaches in the skills of 6-man football.
Penelope ISD currently has 66 students 9th thru 12th. District PK-12 is 208 students. The 22-23 school year football finish 3rd in District with 17 football athletes returning. Volleyball, girls tennis, girls and boys golf, and boys track were District Champs. Both boys and girls basketball made playoffs.
Experience: Athletic Director and Head Football experience preferred but not required.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience, coaching assignments, and teaching field
