I decided to try a fritopie from Penelope's C-stand. I was amazed to learn they didn't have it on the menu! I asked for one anyway. The lady found a kid's lunch size bag of fritos and made me a one. It wasn't bad. Chili was hot, lots of japs, but no onion & I had to send it back because they forgot the PBCP.
After I got it back, it was a decent fritopie. Best thing about it - fritopie, fries & a can Dr Pepper only cost me $4.
