Parkview Christian

it's a sad day if that's true considering Parkview is one of the longest running members in TAPPS and one of their former AD's was a positive, instrumental figure on the TAPPS board for many years

I did notice they were on the TCAF football list for the fall.

But like most TCAF members, they probably didn't have the politeness to inform TAPPS or their other district schools of that fact. Will confirm with my spies.

Got confirmation from my spies. They are going to TCAF.

And did not notify TAPPS ... TAPPS had to call them for confirmation. Folks, if you plan to switch leagues, the right thing to do is to notify your current league as soon as you have made the decision.

I don't think there are a lot of complaints. TAPPS is a well run organization. I think most move either because of districting or because TCAF allows 8th graders to play varsity. This allows some of the smaller schools who cannot field a team have enough to play. TCAF also has a solid junior high feeder program in CSAF. So, really I don't there are a lot of disgruntled coaches moving; it's really just a better fit for some.
