In Texas, same as uil guidelines for 11-man........
With allowances for yardage differences

With any rules interpretation, use the most current NCAA rule book. That is the rule book of the UIL.

Careful, there are 53 UIL exceptions to the NCAA rulebook. None of them are about overtime, but for other things, make sure you check the exceptions too.
