Off the wall question here, just curious ...

With the drought conditions we have had for the last couple of years and the heat I was wondering something.

How many football fields are suffering ? Some towns have watering restrictions in place and some are just plain running out of water.

Who has fields that are not up to their usual growth and grooming because of the lack of water ?

I know the field in my home town already has that middle of the fall yellow look. Just not getting enough moisture on it to stave off the dying. We have had almost 2" of rain in the last couple of days, hopefully it is not to late to help.

We have a good amount of rain in Palo Pinto County. The lakes are full and the grass green.

our field is healthy well taken care of by mr clanton. differant colors of green but it is green

Our coach and maint. staff had to water alot.
It's covered with lots of green vegitation...


but not much grass.
