Numbers

They do not play football and, probably never will. At least that is the consensus of the people I talk to over there.
Some of the old Brock faithful used to say the same thing about football but when all the newbies arrived, they got football up and running. Graford will never see the influx of newbies like Brock experienced and I tend to agree that they will remain basketball only similar to Huckabay. Lots of high school boys playing marbles if they aren't playing basketball.

Several years ago, two brothers, twins, transferred from Graford to Perrin while in JH to play football. They played all through HS. So there may be a few interested in football but at this time not many.

What is funny is I think schools like Huckabay, Graford, McMullen County, Dodd Citiy, and Clyde Eulas of the world would be elite 6 man schools while still also being elite in Basketball still due to the cultures they have at those districts.

I know they dont play football but does anyone know Eulas enrollment?

I know I am beating a dead horse l, because I know they won't ever play football. But what is Pringle-Morse and Hartley's enrollment at currently?

Fannin County in my opinion should be more of a six-man center of activity. Ector and Dodd City are of that size, and can join Savoy and Fannindel.

Ivanhoe Sam Rayburn is big enough now to play 11-man but talking to their AD a few years ago, there is zero interest from either him or his supe.
