Hey do you have any estimate of what yalls numbers will be like in 2 years from now assuming no kids move out? I love seeing Dawson back and growing and was just curious. You can private message me if you'd like to keep it private.

My hometown Miami is down to 50 and im not sure if it will go up or down, but from what have heard through the grapevine is the enrollment will get lower. They are building new houses so maybe the will help...

We should be ok, still in the 30's. Got good numbers in the elementary coming up!

I stand corrected. I've heard from good source that The Fort turned in 103.

What is Van Horns numbers like now? And I am assuming Iraan is staying 11-man.

Van Horn's junior class is huge (50+), so I think they'll be 11man one more round. After that, I've heard they will be below 100 for a while. Iraan hasn't decided anything...I've heard that they will play 11man one more alignment, but start playing 6-man with sub-varsities.

I think the cutoff will be 57.5. You want slightly more teams in D2 than D1 to accomodate the 3 or so teams that end up cancelling their season before district starts.

I looked back at a few past alignments several weeks ago and I didn't see any times where the DII had less schools than DI. The DI, in all classes, was always bigger unless I missed something.

Not sure, but they don't play football as far as I know.

Every realignment year I like to take my class and try to predict the cutoff and districts schools might end up in. We are getting close to snapshot day and wanted to see if I could start getting numbers.
