Mclean v Coolidge

October 12 game needed
I've read McLean needs a game week 7 - McLean post says they will travel.
I've read Coolidge needs a game week 7 - Coolidge needs a Homecoming opponent.

WHAT ARE WE WAITING FOR, LET'S PLAY - WHO WILL STEP UP AND SAY WE AIN'T SCARED OF NO ONE, WE WILL PLAY

My guess if anyone is calling its McLean but I wouldn't be surprised if they both stayed put. Close to district and hard to beat a solid team 2 times. The loser would have a slight advantage in a rematch if they were to meet in the playoffs. McLean just has a very solid squad with some big ole boys and are willing to play anyone at this point.

I don't think McLean needs a week 7 game unless their game against Plainview Christian has been cancelled. (Maybe I missed that).

I don't think that game would do either Mclean or Plainview any good.I would think Plainview would have told Mclean to see if they can find another opponent

Maybe Coolidge could say forget homecoming and play at neutral site! I want this game for Mclean! I feel like people keep saying Mclean hasn’t played anybody and this and that! On paper, Mclean scheduled one of the hardest schedules in the state, they can’t help it these “top 10” teams aren’t really top 10 teams. And please please please don’t forget what Mclean did to the unbeatable Strawn to start the year, wasn’t even close! Make this game happen!

Mclean schedule looks to have 2 solid games this year and one of them was against Strawn and the other will be White Deer.. Thats just my opinion tho. Everyone else should be a cake walk for them..

Wish Coolidge could meet half way! As far as McLean’s schedule, at the start of the season, 3 of their first 4 games were against teams rated in the top 5 starting at the beginning of the season. So either the people doing the rankings are way off, or Mclean is just that good. As far as the rest of their schedule, it’s still a cake walk. Absolutely no offense to White Deer, but they just can’t match McLean’s physicality. No way.

A lot of fields would be open for Saturday game. Chillicothe has a good facility as does Bryson and Knox city. Give them extra day to prepare. But bet the risk of competing and injury may be greater than the reward
