One at a time man. Although I must admit, everyone should try to take them all. I will get to them eventually. They are not too difficult and they sure help with the hunt. I feel extremely fortunate though, I ended up in the area I was looking and liked what I heard. I received a few offers and was able to choose the one I wanted most. Extremely fortunate in these difficult times.
