I would like to express my thanks and gratitude the Administration and or School Board of Borden County for their support of our values through their "Moment of Silence" pregame time.
I was impressed by the way the "Supreme Courts decision on Prayer" was handled. It is one of the best presented and implemented procedures I have encountered.
The intent of the law was clearly followed but the inference and real meaning of the time was masterfully worded and carried out.
I am not sure if this method of implementing the "Moment of Silence" is used anywhere else but it is a pattern that could be well followed by others.
