OK, we have talked about peppers that cause major medical problems, now how about snacks that have peppers with flavor. My favorite is a bowl of La Constetino(probably spelled wrong) sliced peppers, olives, dill pickles, and cheese. Great snack for us diabetic folks. Whats yours?

Carp & peppers on a plank

I 6-8lb somewhat recently caught carp
1lb jalapeño peppers finely chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cedar plank cut to 1/4" thickness x 14" in length ( if carp is too long, cut a little off fish till it doesn't hang over the ends

Soak plank in water for at least 2 hours. Heat grill to 425. Clean carp coat with oil & stuff with peppers. Place carp on soaked board. Place on preheated grill & cook @ 425 for 45 minutes. Reduce heat to 275 and continue to cook until fish flakes with a fork. Remove from grill and let rest for 10 minutes.
Throw away carp & peppers. Eat plank.
