Jayton or Oakwood to win state?

From my observations, the Jaybirds' achilles heel is pass defense. If you have a good scrambler and a couple of guys who can find open space, you will put up points and perhaps extend the game well into the second half. The problem is stopping Jayton's offense. I'm not aware of any punts this year and there may not have even been any turnover on downs.
If I'm Oakwood I don't even bother punting no matter distance or field position. Your chances of converting are higher than your chances of keeping Jayton out of the endzone no matter their starting field position.
I predict the cindaerella run will end early in third quarter. No matter, who had "state finalist" on their bingo card when Oakwood opened the sesaon with a 49-pt loss? Truly a season to remember for them.

My money is on Jayton too as long as they prepare. OW will come in full a head of steam (Jayton) will too though.
OW is fast, but they are not going to win any track meets. Positive for OW is that they are big, and run hard. At least one of their backs is bull dozer (big legs), stout, runs low to the ground and delivers blows when tackled. Gets pretty old for smaller defensive backs. They also get into the backfield quick on defense which could work against for an offense good at those 7-10 yard psssed.
