Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the district’s athletic programs, ensuring compliance with all UIL and district policies.
- Serve as the Head Football Coach, developing positive, competitive teams and fostering growth in student-athletes.
- Coordinate scheduling, staffing, equipment, and facilities for all sports.
- Promote a positive athletic culture that emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork, and academic achievement.
- Supervise and support assistant coaches and athletic staff.
- Engage with students, parents, booster clubs, and the community to build strong support for athletics.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in athletic administration and football coaching preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of UIL rules, safety standards, and best practices in athletic programs.
- Commitment to student success in athletics and academics.
