Looks alot better Pete, the order of the top five very well could be dead on, seems after re running everything the kinks are getting worked out, however I wouldnt make a post just to give u a little credit, I must complain about atleast one thing. According to the power ranking WV is almost a 30 point favorite over all the top 5, if any of the top 5 were to play each other right now it would be a shoot out, a two possession score difference possibly but 30 points now way. But sometime in the next four weeks WV will play somebody that will let the system correct that. Kind of funny your rankings don't get near as much attention when they're not so far off that people are so happy their team is way over ranked, or PO'd their top 10 team is in the bottom 20!!

Rankin has probably had the toughest schedule in all of sixman this year and came out with two close losses, and beat BC in week 0 who is ranked 2nd, I did notice rankin at Nmbr 8 which is way off, rankin is 5th at the worst and BC is over ranked, and my comment about WV was they aren't 30 points better than any of the top 5, for sure, probably the top 7 or 8, didn't want to bring up every minor imperfection this week, was trying to give Pete a little credit, Have u seen the last 7 weeks of his rankings??? This is a huge leap forward !!

Cowboy are u talking about the 9 kinks ranked ahead of aquilla?
Lol! Nope. I was actually being serious this time. (I hope nobody has a heartattack or stroke)
I think most of the teams he has ranked above Aquilla have earned a place in the top ten. My
boys are good, but I'm not ready to say they should be number 1. I'll start seriously talking that
if they make it to the finals. :)

I agree with most of all I read above. Rankin, Meadow, BC, and Petersburg all had a very tough preseason schedule. They played, what were at that time many teams in the top 10. Now some of these teams are so beat up (by each other) that the question is: Which one of these will have enough left for the play offs? I must agree Rankin must top the list for the toughest pre-season schedule!

I think any of those in the west could come out on top for their half of the state: Ira, BC, Water Valley, and Rankin. Unfortunately, they could meet each other second round possibly: Ira vs Water Valley BC vs Rankin - if they can beat an progressively better GC.

I think whoever wins this half has the best shot at the state title.

I agree with you Sixman Is Awesome... it's going to be interesting in the West and with some good second round games. Of course we still can't lose focus and need to get through District play. Fortunately... WV has managed to stay healthy thus far (knock on wood).

Pete, it is looking better, but I think there are still a few kinks to work out. Are you going to rerun your numbers in a couple of weeks?

I will regress all games after the end of the regular season. That result will be the input for post season play.

How is Milford ranked higher than Aquilla when Aquilla beat them 69-34?

I just had the same question as you did...and this is what i get

You're right. They should be #1. They beat Milford

I have Milford ranked higher than Aquilla and Oakwood. I just really like Milford so I give them inflated rankings.
