Bonus Game of the Week:
Dallas Lakehill @ Dallas Lutheran

In a game that will decide the TAPPS D1 district 2 championship, 7-2 Dallas Lakehill takes on 8-1 Dallas Lutheran. Lutheran has never won a district championship. Lutheran features a great running game with Isiah Sampson leading the charge with his 1,687 yards and 34 touchdowns. Lakehill also has a good ground attack offensively with RB Ben Palmer their team’s leading rusher.

Both schools are having a banner seasons; Lakehill is coming off a big 75-44 win over Rockwall Heritage, the first time in school history they beat Rockwall; Lutheran is in their third season of six-man football and have gotten better each year and their eight wins this season eclipsed last year's seven game win total, making this their most successful year playing six-man. Last year was the first time these two school played each other on the gridiron with Lutheran taking the victory on Lakehill’s home turf.

Keys to the Game:
Defensive stops, controlling the clock with the run game, and special teams play are all crucial aspects for both teams. Similar styles of play make it hard to pick a winner. Granger has Lutheran ranked #2 in TAPPS DI and Lakehill #5. Im going with Lutheran, but if PATs are a problem for them, Lakehill might just sneak out a win.

Should be a great game none the less
