Coach Cool Guy Ain’t Too Brave

Needing a big time bounce back week after the referees in Dry Valley cheated me out of another victory, I had to really dig through my pages of text messages to find a game where I knew I could guarantee myself a big victory!

I kept seeing Three Way pop up and just assumed it was those viruses that come through my email all the time! Turns out, Mini-Rig himself, Westley Rigdon, was in need of some help before his district show down with Coach Cool Guy and the Bluff Dale Bobcats! So I decided to make the long 136 mile drive over to Three Way to see what we can get done!

Bluff Dale is sitting comfortably at 5-1 this season with the only loss coming from Oglesby in a tight game! When you look at Bluff Dale’s schedule you can really see their impressive wins over Brookesmith and The Hogwarts Granbury Grace Classical Gryffindor team! Sorry Coach Cool Guy, but this ain’t quidditch and Harry Potter ain’t walking through that door! I will say Coach Cool Guy has rebuilt this team which isn’t easy to do when you’re taking over for guys like Godzilla, Wayne (700 wins) Ware, and that little bald fella! While his defense is there, his offense has really struggled to put up some points! Mini-Rig and myself really plan to take advantage of this!

Three Way is certainly on the come up! Mini-Rig has decided that after last year’s cupcake schedule, he would start loading this thing down with top teams like Ranger, Gustine, and Lohn! I don’t blame him either, because when you have your vision set on AT&T stadium, you really have to challenge yourself before the postseason! I can’t say enough good things about Westley Rigdon, he has really started to turn Three Way into a household name! Now when I hear Three Way I only think of high quality six man football and not the bad memories it brings back about my ex wife!

Bluff Dale will score a few lucky touchdowns, but the Braves just won’t be stopped!

1st and 15 and WV Backer, the next thing you know the wuss/wess/whatever will be claiming y’all were high-fiving the refs. A lot of high-fiving to beat someone that much. When was that game over. As usual, excuses excuses excuses. I’m just wondering if Westley Rigdon is any kin to Wesley Rigdon. Wesley Rigdon is doing a great job at Three Way and I’m sure he doesn’t want the wesp trying to mess things up. TheWesp’s mom needs to lock him in the basement again. She needs to tighten his leash.

You've got a lot to learn young feller. You were so close but I think you might've inhaled too many exhaust fumes from your beat down F-150 on that 136-mile drive. Either that or readin' all them texts from your momma and some oldfolks on that flip phone got you seein' cross-eyed. Seems like things are looking a little blurry for ya. Motley County winning by a hair, Chester demolishin' a team with a name we'd need a decoder ring to pronounce, and Ranking wakin' up from their nap behind the wood shed. You might've got a few of those right.

You see, where you messed up is you didn't know ol' "Coach Cool Guy" has them Bobcats playin' possum, waiting on this big district game to get their claws out. You over there talkin' about Hogwarts and Harry Potter but the only magic you'll see on that field is the disappearing act of Three Way's defense when Bluff Dale has the ball.

And don't even get me started on your pick for the Newcastle game. You think the pirates are gonna raid the castle huh? Sounds to me like you done forgot one simple rule that's been around since before any of our time. Castles were built to keep pirates out! The only raidin' them buccaneers is gonna do is raidin' the concession stand on the way back to the bus.

Other than those two little hiccups, though, I think your picks are about as solid as a week old brisket. Keep fightin' the good fight against them crooked refs.
