BETTER Six Man Plays

Hello and good morning from the big city of Jayton!

What a week it has been for me out in Jaybird country! Coach Josh Santaman called me late Monday morning, and said that he had heard all about my new book, “Better Modern Six Man Football Plays”! He was looking for a little more firepower for his offense and knew that I was the person for the job!

Apparently Josh Santaman has had his basketball coach calling plays for his offense! You know basketball coaches can’t coach football! It’s just a fact! Ira gave us quite the scare last week for the 5 minutes that our game lasted, but I guess the wind blew too hard and sent them packing! Hard to blame Ira, because they did have a long 45 minute drive back home, so I understand why they needed to get back on the road so soon!

This week we are gearing up to play the Pasadena First Baptist Warriors! What a matchup this might turn out to be, as you are well aware, these coaches are now big time authors and YouTube stars! The only problem is that they have only coached a handful of years, so they are lacking the extensive six man knowledge that only a few people like myself have! It’s going to be a brand new world for the Warriors now that they aren’t playing the tough “Texas Christian Homeschool Educators Association Sports Team of America” teams! While I can appreciate the willingness to play a big dog, I am sure that the YouTube subscribers are going to think twice before smashing that like button on the next video that gets put out!

While this will be a true test between regular modern six man plays and BETTER Modern Six Man Football Plays, there is only one outcome to this game that makes any sense!

Also I think your off the mark just a smidge on two of your predictions there chief I think it will be fairly close for Klondike but in the end they will beat BV by 16, and the cardinals will get swallowed whole by those water cats by 45 near the end of the third. They may be a bold prediction but by George they are my predictions.

I will have to agree with the one and only sixman guru in the state of Texas (WESP). I heard its been real cold where you are WESP, brain freeze might be blocking your ability to make good picks. Your fingers must be hitting the wrong keys when selecting these teams. Good luck to everyone Friday, only teams with an every down back will win. Can't wait to see scores!

I think your assessment of FBCA, their players, and especially their coaching staff is way off. (And a little disrespectful) The game in Jayton is going to be epic to be sure. But I can also assure you that the Warriors DO play “real” six-man football and that score isn’t going to be as lopsided as you would like it to be.

Just to clear things up, I'm sure he meant no offense. He usually makes crazy predictions. His posts are filled with joking and satire and are meant to keep things lighthearted around here.

TheWesp didn't even mention this week's matchup between the Thurber Tech Trenchers and the Caddo Critters from the Possum Kingdom area. The game was originally scheduled to be played at Gordon and we all know what happened to that stadium. So the word on the street (BJ's rumor ) is game might be played down the road in the Trio Club parking lot. There is always more than a cloud of dust when the Critters take on the Trenchers. Strictly a BYOB event and don't let Stinker bum any suds. Tough love dude!

There is a reason that many coaches across the state call me for help with their teams! I have extensive six man knowledge and have shown that on multiple occasions!

While I am fairly certain that the Warriors play six man football, I have a feeling that I was being generous with that score! It could be even worse if coach Santaman isn’t being nice!
