I just wanted to thank all the wonderful people at Fellowship for welcoming me to their school this year. When I came to Fellowship Academy, I really didn't know what the season was going to produce. We had a VERY young team and needed a lot of fundamental training. The young men that I met were all great athletes in the making and I knew we could at the very least improve over the previous season's record.

I lifted them up daily to our Lord and prayed that he would show up everytime we stepped on the field. Although we are not always faithful, He always is. There have been so many great memories produced this year. Above all, the memories of our boys leading daily devotions and of our starting freshman playing above their size and grade come to mind.

We are so blessed to not only win district the way we did, but also make it to the second round of the playoffs. Although a loss always stings, it showed our young men the level they need to be at next year if they wish to move to the level of the champions playing this week.
My hat off to Coach Keen and the great talent he has on his team. His game plan was spot on and he had his boys ready to take it to that ellusive "next level."

May God bless all the teams remaining. This is the first time in four years when I will be able to spend the Thanksgiving break with my family uninterupted. Although I will enjoy it beyond description, I hope this is the only year I'll do it for a while.

Thank you again to Pastor Oldenburgh, Mrs. Collier, Mrs. Collins, Coach Peters, Coach Johnson, and everyone else that participated in all the good things God blessed us with this year. Thank you for putting up with me and for giving all you had to these boys. Let's breathe a little, play some of those other sports and then start gearing up for another great season next year. Who knows what we can accomplish during offseason. We'll find out on August 14th.

In His Service,
-Coach Harris

Coach,
I was at the game on sat. and your team gained my respect as a 6-man fan.
The Mustangs never quit and were still doing there best even though the outcome
had been decided. My son also told me you came up to him after the game and
praised his performance. He came up to me after the game and told me what you said to
him. I want to thank you for your kind words and encouragement. As a lineman you
get lost in the shuffle and are not always appreciated. Your team has lots of heart
and I know they are on to bigger better things in the near future.
Good Luck and thank you.

I just wanted to say a few things about this team and their coaching staff. I am very close friends with Coach Johnson, the D-Coordinator. I know what he brings to the table, and it showed. The kids were very sound defensively, and acted very Christ-like on the field. I also had the privilege of meeting Coach Harris this year. He is a man of God and a good leader. I got to spend a little time with the kids, and they were all great kids. I know that they have started something great, and it's only a matter of time before Fellowship is competing for a state title. I just wanted to say congrats on a great year, and really look forward to watching next year.

I have been with Fellowship Academy since the very beginning of its athletic program and I can truly say that this is the type of coaching, mentoring, and leadership that we prayed for since the 1st day. The coaching staff at Fellowship has potential to build a longterm program that is not only glorifying to God, but also a stronghold in the competitive arena of athletics. The combination of creativity, discipline, and hard work have led to some significant progress and the future is bright for Fellowship Academy. The coaching staff and administration are combining to not just build a football team, but a school and athletic program of quality and respect. Thanks to all the hard work and dedication. I look forward to seeing what God will continue to do in the days and years ahead.
