A little but off topic, but why were there so many games on Thursday? I thought the Thursday games were almost exclusive to the week of Thanksgiving. While the only reason I can think of is Thursday was Veteran's Day, I am not sure why Veteran's Day would encourage more games on Thursday.

I would say it had a lot to do with the scarcity of zebras.
 
I was told by a ref this year that the average age of referees in Texas is 57, and there are more retiring than there are coming in.

Gonna have a big problem in a few years. We have already started to see some of the issues this year.

Final Standings after Round 1

11/20/21 edit - The original standings had the points added for D1 only for everyone except Texas6man. That's why his points were 599 and the rest of us were lower. Both of his divisions were added while only one was added for everyone else. I fixed it and above is the correct picks for Round 1.
