11-Man to 6-Man Playoff Contenders

What is the last team to drop from 11-man to 6-man, and make the playoffs in their first year?

I got asked this question on X (Twitter) and I actually wasn't sure of the answer. The most recent one I can think of is Throckmorton, but I'm assuming there are others since then. I was hoping some of y'all might can better answer this question.

For argument sake, here is the question as it was posed to me, so I'm not sure if Irion County making the playoffs in their first year in a district vs their first year as a six-man team counts.

I assume Water Valley is what prompted the question, but I wouldn't even count them because this isn't their "1st year as a 6 man team".

Jayton and Throckmorton both did it in their first years. Jayton actually won state.

2004 was probably the most successful. Eight teams moved from 11 man to 6 man and one other played outlaw in 2003 and joined the UIL in 2004. Out of those teams, 5 made the playoffs; Throckmorton, Garden City, Wheeler, Paducah, and Rising Star. Throckmorton made it to regional, losing to Richland Springs, then won state in 2005.
