I know it may not have been intentional, but as it came across, your post is another example of one of the frightening aspects of today's society!
You seem to be one of Obama's "Spread the Wealth" advocates, one of the Robin Hood "Steal from the Rich, and Give to the Poor" supporters.
You probably also think that if a participant just shows up for the contest that they should take home a prize. Maybe not even show up, just have a
gold football sent to every school for their trophy case so they don't feel left out. No Losers, just Winners. You say that a team should be "dethroned"
because they have won several times.
I say that you are just as wrong as you can be.
The team who gets up early, studies the hardest, works the hardest, runs, trains, lifts, studies, sweats, works, studies, learns the game inside and out, is
going to be successful at the game, whatever the game may be. They don't necessarily have to be the biggest, fastest, and strongest, just better at what they do.
If a Champion gets "dethroned" as you posted, it should not be because it is time to "Spread the Wealth", it should be because another team is just plain better!
