Whitharral ISD is looking for a Head Football Coach, teaching field OPEN but would prefer 4-8 Generalist.

House provided
State base + $4,000 above
+ $4,000 Coach Stipend
+ 21 days @daily rate (11 month contract)
+ matching annuity of 4%.
+ School pays $225 towards health insurance.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right person. We have been low on numbers on the boys side for a while. But that is changing in a big way. We were able to field a jv team last year for the first time in a few years, and we have 27 boys in JH (6-8) this year. 12 moving into freshman class next year. We were 10-1-1 in HS, 7-2 in JH, District Champs in both. Numbers are solid for a while, and with the low number of girls, should remain Division 2. There's no better sport
to teach and train Quickness
than Volleyball.
Plus,
it helps girls dominate during the company or church picnic when they get older.
Jus sayin'.
