Loboe77, In reading your statement one thing any former player can tell you is that even bad coaches leave you with an impression whether it is how poor leadership can take a team down hill, or individual impact interaction no where fast and that interaction can form a players perception on many levels especially if other circumstances aren't stable in the kids life already. Sometimes the impact is a strong resolve to succeed regardless of the odds.
