Trying to create a schedule for new JH program

Everyone,
I'm from Wildorado ISD and in the past we've always been a PK-6th grade campus but added 7th grade this current year and did not play any football (XC, basketball and track only) but as we add 8th grade next year we DO want to add a football program. It is TOUGH being new to this and trying to get teams scheduled for a season NEXT year! We are in the Texas Panhandle, just to the west of Amarillo - if you have any information that would help guide us it would be greatly appreciated...or if you are in the area and have an open week that you would put us in that would also be greatly appreciated! I need help/direction/assistance as we are small and trying to create something we've never had before - please help. Thanks
