Trick Play

I looked at it. I feel that it is unethical. Trick plays fine, like the backwards bounce pass treated like a fumble. But when a coach has to be involved, it's too much. Yellow flag, 15 yards, unsportsmanlike conduct. No score!

My DSW tells me that all the time.

Mr Smokey what are we going to do with you?

Ha Hornkeeper thats what I tell my husband!!!! Smokey is fun, he helps his DSW....

we had a similar trick play...coach would call the QB over yelling at him, QB would jog over to the sideline while coach was yell at him for doing something wrong or calling the wrong formation, so it appeared as if the coach was going to tell him the new play/formation once he got close to the sideline center snapped the ball to the RB and QB ran a fly pattern down the sideline and RB threw a bomb to him.

I was told by guys who played in the 1930s that they had trick plays just like it...so it seems it wasn't anything new...as I am sure this trick play isn't either.

We ran that trick play once in a game the year after I graduated against Panther Creek in Bi-District...It work perfectly...but the kid dropped the ball in the endzone.
