Top 5 in points Allowed DI in Top 10
McLean allowed 33 points and is ranked #17
I am not implying that these are the top defenses. I am just answering the question who has allowed the fewest points and are in the top 10.

Richland Springs scored 74 points on Happy not Border County.

So mclean is second in entire state for points allowed but they don't make the list?? Buena Vista and marfa And I said as of week six!

All that's been posted here is relevant and important but it's a hard subject if not impossible to define.
To further muddy the waters, random average points per game given up by a few top 10 teams after week 6.

Borden County 8
Happy 36
Richland Springs 19
Milford 20
White Deer 2
Balmoreah 14
Valley 23
Garden City 16
May 11
Strawn 11.

But it's all skewed. Who have they played?
First week 96-74 brings to mind an adage I've read on this forum before. What Defense?
Speed kills in sixman. Both ways.
But over pursuit is over kill.
Eh, Coach?
