Here are the times for the Eighth Annual Hico Six-Man Super Saturday, set for August 27, 2011.

10 am Strawn v Calvert
12 Motley County v Garden City
2 Throckmorton v Valley
4 Ira v Follett
6 Walnut Springs v Rising Star

Looking forward to seeing everyone at Hico. Hard to believe that this is the eighth year of the Super Satrurday!

Walt Garrison will be at Hico as well as the Cowboys Cheerleaders. We had dinner with Walt the other night, he loves coming to Hico. This will be the seventh year No. 32 has joined us. He said has long as the fans want him to be there, he'll be there. Also, Walt has a line of barbecue sauce. Check it out! It is really good! http://www.WaltGarrison.net/

Fortunately, Elvis has left Tiger Stadium...and will not be returning this year. His show was great, but didn't play well as we'd hoped at the game. It wouldn't be the Hico Six-Man Super Saturday, without something a bit out of the ordinary happening...so stay tuned!

Looks like another great lineup and we are expecting another year of great crowds as well quickly approached our 10th year.

Instead of Elvis maybe Sir Walter could give a whittlin' demonstration between autograph's and handin' out plaque's. He really could bring a couple of his "works" to display if he's not toooo modest. Heck, I bet he could probably whittle trophy's between the games, might do it for less than you pay for the plaque's. Help lower your cost.
