Nothing is going to be perfect, especially how things go in sixman and enrollments grow and drop. And sometimes (or most times) that doesn't even matter. Tradition probably helps the most. Then jobs opening for "new kids" families moving in, aka wind farms/etc.

Things change in a hurry in this game of 6. Even worse, what if 1 contributes 50% productivity of the team’s success. Mike, until you can get all coaches to submit mandatory weekly IR’s due no later than Monday at noon I don’t think your ratings are going to get any better, other than the natural progression that happens every week every year as season progresses.

Great point here, and we've seen the affects of that already this season with at least one team. That said, I'm just happy to get all the scores submitted each week like we do. I won't push it for more, at least not for now.

For those of you keeping score, The Toy went 107-18 (85.6%) overall this week. It also ended up with just a 31.85 point average spread error. Pretty good week overall for The Toy this week!
