These are all the areas of Texas that have teams in the Texas Sixman Football Independent Bowl Series.
Come out to Gholson on Saturday, buy a day pass for ten bucks and watch them all ! Hamburrgers, Cheese Burgers, Hot Dogs, FRITO PIES, plenty more great food selections and a good old fashion carnival give you plenty to do for the whole day.
Single game prices: Adults 5, Students 3, Seniors 2 and Veterans are admitted with Thanks and Admiration !

Hey guys, please quit complaining to me! It's Granger's Strength of Schedule and his rankings that determine who gets to participate in the Independent Bowl Series. Actually it is more pure than UIL and other conferences when you consider that we play based on rankings/strength of schedule, rather than number one plays number four etc. Scheduling games that allow you to coast doesn't work here.
It's like the old college Bowl Series, the top ranked teams play in order of ranking, 1 vs. 2, 3 vs. 4 etc. there are no "bye" warm up games. One and Done is a pretty heavy burden. With Granger's Rankings, every play of every game counts!
Setting up "Patsy" games backfire, nothing matters until you make it matter.
Fire Away !
