Good evening. If you've ever done any research via the Internet, including high school athletics, you know that information figuratively evaporates daily.
Up until the 2020 edition of Dave Campbell's Texas Football, the TAIAO state championship game scores were listed.
I've closed the gap with a little help of information from PigskinPrep (2007-2008) and various sources (2021-2025), I have a score from every title game since 2006. Don't know if there was anything before. (Jerry doesn't have 2006 on his list of champions, but there was a game story in a newspaper.)
What I'm missing are the names of the head coaches whose teams made those title games. If you all could review and post/share any of those, I'd be most appreciative.
